One of the hardest things about raising children is knowing who to listen to. There seems to be an expert behind every tree. They've all got their ideas, and many of them contradict each other, which can lead to confusion.
Let's look to Scripture for some answers. We can learn a lot about raising children from Proverbs. Pete Briscoe says, "Uncommon children happen when both parents and progeny do their parts." Pete lays out directives for parents, as well as for children, in this teaching from his 11-message series, "Uncommon Sense," based on the Book of Proverbs.
